M y standup comedy experience taught me a lot that I could use in my ad career.

So, I wrote this article for Adweek about it, and turned it into an internal presentation at BBDO Atlanta.

Fellow ex-Boulderite and comedian Amy Brown, and I start our own comedy show: Finely Crafted: Cocktails & Comedy at Atlanta’s Old 4th Distillery Tasting Room.

We had thousands in attendance over four years of shows, a few celebrity drop ins, and got to watch some terrific comics just before they blew up nationally.

We also did several charity shows, and raised $1100 for the N.A.A.C.P. with an online show during the pandemic.
